 We offer a 15-day return policy on all purchases. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

• Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made jewelry
• Personalized jewelry
• Engraved jewelry
• Jewelry that has been altered in any way
• Jewelry that has been worn or damaged

• Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

• Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement item once we receive the returned item.

• Shipping

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges.
